The Dungeons & Dragons Project is a concept shoot recently featured in the third annual D&D issue of CRM that tells the story of a player sucked through a portal and into the game world, becoming their character. We at Cosplay Realm are excited to bring you another cosplay Highlight from our Magical Girl issue! The star of today’s cosplay feature is such a kind and inspiring creator, and we are so happy to show off some of their work to you! Today we are highlighting Fadhili Samba (@FadhiliTheOne), who was featured in our latest issue as Princess Serenity!

The cosplayer we are highlighting today is Halle Heichou, a cosplayer who self describes themselves as “a magical girl or a shonen warrior”. Halle is a SoCal based cosplayer and graphic designer, who cosplays as so many of our favorite anime characters! In celebration of our Magical Girl issue, we wanted to take some time today to highlight some of Halle’s various magical girl cosplays, some of which you can find published in the latest issue of CRM!

We have seen so many cosplayers making unique takes on their masks and not just wearing plain ones, which makes it all the more interesting to see! Today us here at Cosplay Realm want to take a moment to celebrate these awesome and creative cosplayers and show you all some of our favorite ways we have seen protective masks used in the world of cosplay recently!

Today we wanted to take some time and highlight a particular cosplayer that we really loved from our recent Fire Emblem issue! That cosplayer is Anaelic, and we are so excited to show off some of their work to you guys!

The Black Eagles of the Adrestian Empire, one of the three houses of Garreg Mach Monastery and led by Edelgard von Hresvelg. In the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the Black Eagles come from backgrounds of both nobility and commoners, but are united in their goals. Today we are celebrating the Black Eagles house with collection of cosplayers of these wonderful characters!

The Blue Lions of the Holy Kingdom of Faergus, one of the three houses of Garreg Mach Monastery and led by Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd. In the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the Blue Lions are known as strong fighters, but are also known for their recent tragedies. Their leader Dimitri lives his life on a quest for revenge, but with the help of Byleth he is able to see further past that. Today we are celebrating the Blue Lions house with collection of cosplayers of these wonderful characters!

The Golden Deer of the Leicester Alliance, one of the three houses of Garreg Mach Monastery and led by Claude von Riegan. In the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the Golden Deer are known as the jokesters of the school, but their ambitions and dreams to bring Fodlan together are incredibly noble. Today we are celebrating the Golden Deer house with collection of cosplayers of these wonderful characters!

With the Skywalker Saga coming to an end, we wanted to take some time to celebrate some of our favorite Star Wars cosplayers over the whole series!

Katsucon 2020 took place over the Valentines weekend of February 14th through the 16th and the Cosplay Realm team once again had the opportunity to come to the convention as press. This year’s con was filled with so many incredible cosplays, photoshoots, and of course gathering of friends!

This year the Cosplay Realm Magazine team was once again invited to attend Fan Expo Boston as Press! Check out this article to learn a bit about our time at the con this year!

The Cosplay Realm team recently attended our favorite local convention PortconMaine! Portcon holds a special place in both of our hearts as our home convention, and we always look forward to it every year. This year, Portcon was held on June 27th - 30th at the Doubletree by Hilton in South Portland. The theme for 2019’s convention was <3 (love), making everything extra cute this year! 

Scare-A-Con New England took place over June 7th through June 9th this year and CRM team member Aesthel was tabling at the convention with The Shoggoth Assembly!
