⯈ How can my cosplay/photo be printed in the magazine?
Cosplay Realm Magazine is fully submission based! If you would like to have your work featured in the next issue of the magazine, please follow the guidelines on our Submission page.
⯈ Can you post my cosplay/photo on your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook?
Our social media pages only share images that we have received through submissions. If you would like the chance to be featured on our social media, please submit your cosplay for a future issue of the magazine! If you have had work in Cosplay Realm, please do not delete shared folders! We will need to access them even after the magazine has come out in order to share your photos on our social media.
⯈ Can I write something to go along with my submission?
Sure! We cannot always guarantee that write ups will be included in the print edition of the magazine, but we try to include as many write ups as we can when they are provided to us.
Please proofread any text submitted alongside your images such as blurbs and articles.
⯈ Can I submit multiple cosplays/photoshoots?
Absolutely! We ask that if you are submitting multiple photoshoots or cosplays for the same issue of Cosplay Realm, please send them in separate emails. This makes it easier for us to sort submissions and let you know what specific photos are being used in the magazine.
⯈ If my photoshoot has multiple different cosplayers do they need to be sent in separate emails?
No, if there are multiple cosplayers all in the same shoot it is okay to send the photos all in one email. Please just be sure that you have included screenshots or permissions from all parties involved (each cosplayer and the photographer must give their consent to be published).
⯈ Why was my submission rejected?
Unfortunately we are not able to include every submission in the magazine, so every month some must be rejected. Some common reasons your submission could have been rejected include:
Past submission deadline
No credit information provided
No permissions included
Pixelated or low resolution images
Image is too dark to print
We are not able to access your files
We are using another submission you have sent in
Your submission doesn’t follow our current theme
Simply culled out due to size limitations

You’ll want to check out the Cosplay Realm email newsletter! We use this to send out reminders as well as share some of the latest updates and articles from the CRM website!
⯈ How can I subscribe to Cosplay Realm Magazine?
We handle all print and digital subscriptions to the magazine through our Patreon! At this time print subscriptions are only available to US residents. If you are outside of the US and would like to subscribe, please contact us.
⯈ Will you be at [Insert Convention or Event]?
Cosplay Realm loves covering and guesting at conventions! If you would like to see us at a particular event, please contact that event and let them know!
⯈ Does Cosplay Realm Magazine offer advertising?
Yes! If you are with a brand or would like to have your shop or business advertised in Cosplay Realm Magazine, please check out the advertising tab of our website or contact us!
